This is the website of a new erbacce poet, Donna Faulkner, who is based in NZ... to be more precise Donna lives in a cottage in rural Rangiora with her husband, and Labrador. Scroll down to see Donna in-the-flesh as it were; she's a bit of a wild child and the leather is needed as she tours via Harley... ehhh; she's the one in front and NO that isn't her husband nor is it her Labrador on the roof ;-)
Donna has been published in our very own erbacce journal, 300 Days Of Sun, Windward Review, Fieldstone Review, Havik, New Myths, Bacopa and others. She has had both fiction and poetry published in numerous anthologies and won the Loud Coffee Press Annual Haiku and Rune Bear Quarterly Drabble contests 2022... also she was awarded second place for her nonfiction story ‘The Rag Doll Rider’ by Havik in 2023. She made the coveted longlist for the erbacce poetry prize in 2022, 2023 and 2024 which has resulted in this, her first fuill length, perfect bound, 90pp collection. Her poetry drew the eyes of all six judges in the erbacce-prize annual competitions which attract over ten thousand submissions each year and when someone noticed that she had made the long-list more times than anyone else we just had to offer her a contract.
If you want to know more about her poetry you should check out the rear cover blurb on the cover image which is below Donna's photo and if you click on that same image you'll open an email link to her... and do email her, she's a very frindly poet and seldom bites :-) ... if you want to purhase her book using PayPal then hit the 'Buy Now' button. BTW if you email her she will be happy to sign a copy for you... Do NOTE however that she is in NZ, if you are ordering from anywhere else please email her fist to see how the cost of post-and-packaging breaks down.
