Also, Clive is being mentioned in some exceptional company as this extract from a review in The London Magazine (Ian Brinton Oct/Nov 2021 issue page123) shows:

‘That urgency of need, the writhing within the nets of being, is as actively alive today as it was in the 13th Century. One might well be prompted to read a recent set of prose poems by Clive Gresswell (Strings, erbacce-press 2021) to be confronted by an unnamed figure who ’walked on doubled with the pain of it his rattling cry…the delicious misdoings the folly of dealing himself with other people’s darkness.’

The Voices of The Damned Review of Purgatrio Dante Alighieri (trans. D. M. Black)

Clive Gresswell & Gabriel Charles Dante Rossetti eh? Good company to be in!

SAD NEWS

As some of you will know Clive passed away on June 21st 2024, he was just 66, quite young these days and much too soon. A great shock to us all here at erbacce; we had hoped for great things from him and a continued relationship. Our thoughts are with his family and friends especially his wife and children... sadly sadly missed... his books below however will remain available; Clicking on the buy now buttons or the covers will make contact with Clive's wife...
