Art was runner-up in the 2021 erbacce-prize for poetry a year when over twelve thousand poets sent submissions from ever corner of the globe.
I have little to add to the extraordinary reviews on the rear cover except to say that this is quite exceptional poetry, unlike anything I have come across previously; it's a 96pp perfect-bound work of art and as such totally original.
If you click on the cover you'll open an email connection with the poet and (as he's a very friendly guy) he'll be happy to chat or even to arrange for you to be sent a signed copy of his collection...

Michael Ondaatje, one of Canada's most renowned living authors who won the Golden Man Booker Prize for his brilliant novel The English Patient, wrote this about Art’s book:
‘I want to say right away that Treatment for Cut Flowers is a truly wonderful book. Deeply moving, beautifully written and heart-breaking. I cannot get over it... I began it this morning and I have lived with it all afternoon and all night. It is a remarkable book, the best book of poetry I have read for a long time and I have been reading a lot of poetry lately, giving up on novels and short stories. I kept marking with a pencil so many pages in the top left-hand corner. It is I think one of the most tender and loving and truthful books I have read for a long time.’
